The Menopause DNA Alignment Mentor helps women over 45 understand why their body feels different and why changes during menopause are biological, not personal failures. This work removes self-blame and replaces it with insight, support, and direction.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, my approach focuses on biology-based nutrition, nervous system and metabolic safety, and personalised support informed by genetics. Weight loss is not the goal of this work. It is often a natural byproduct of improved metabolic and hormonal health.
You’ll work through the DNA Alignment Mentor course, which provides structured, practical guidance you can apply in everyday life. Some clients also choose to complete DNA testing, allowing for deeper insight into how genetics influence menopause, longevity, and nutritional needs. For those who want additional clarity, I offer one-to-one support to help interpret results and translate them into meaningful lifestyle and nutrition decisions.
This process is designed to support you between appointments, in real life, as your body responds and adapts.
With more than 20 years in health and wellness, and a background in nursing and human nutrition, Michelle Norris specialises in helping women navigate menopause through personalised, DNA-informed nutrition and lifestyle support.
